Tone of voice origination and personalised app copy
Chronomics is a pioneering health tech company that offers subscribers a chance to see epigenetic changes to their DNA. I developed a tone of voice that was positive, reassuring, knowledgable and friendly to suit the ethos of the company. I then used this tonal identity to create copy.

Test drive chat bot pilot
To make booking a test drive for BMW even simpler I worked on a chat bot prototype for Facebook Messenger with the UX team. The concept would allow you to book a slot immediately without needing to call the retailer and arrange it.
