Bristol Creative Industries (formerly Bristol Media) wanted a brand refresh to position itself as the cornerstone for creative people and activities in Bristol. I developed the tone of voice and wrote the copy across the site.

Sponge is a digital learning provider working with global businesses. Working with a digital agency I supported Sponge's transformation from a complex and cumbersome site to a clean experience with a clear offer.

CHRONOMICS

Tone of voice origination and personalised app copy

Chronomics is a pioneering health tech company that offers subscribers a chance to see epigenetic changes to their DNA. I developed a tone of voice that was positive, reassuring, knowledgable and friendly to suit the ethos of the company. I then used this tonal identity to create copy.

BMW

Test drive chat bot pilot

To make booking a test drive for BMW even simpler I worked on a chat bot prototype for Facebook Messenger with the UX team. The concept would allow you to book a slot immediately without needing to call the retailer and arrange it.
